We had our first meeting of 2010 in the new university center building at the new TAMU-T campus.  If you haven't been there yet, then you are truly missing out on an experience.  Check back with us as we plan on having another meeting at that location in the next couple of months.
The first meeting this year comprised of a viewing of the documentary: Macedonia, A Haven of Opportunity.  A well made documentary about the community of Macedonia and how its roots are itegrally linked with Texarkana.  If you have not seen it yet, please let us know.   We may have another viewing if enough people respond.  Also, leave us some feedback about the website or if you have anything you would like to present at a future meeting.

I've added pictures from our University Historians class trip to Dealy Plaza in 2007.  We visited the 6th Floor Museum at Dealy Plaza which houses JFK exhibits.   We are looking forward to everyone coming this Saturday.  Please subscribe to our RSS feed to keep updated.  More to come.

I've changed the look of the page a bit and added a map to TAMU-T.  We also have a day and a time for our first meeting. Please RSVP via the website and sign up for the RSS feed, which keeps up updated whenever the website is updated.  I've optimized our SEO in Google(which means Googlers will now be able to find us on the web soon)Also, contact us if you want more information.

I added four new photos.  I wanted to see whether or not another slide show would make it too busy to navigate.  Right now I'm building the website; so expect a lot of "useless" blog posts like this one.  Also added a tenative meeting date in December and a contact form.

I added a temporary vision for the RRHF and added some photos from the TAMUT Civil War Re-enactment in 2007.
